• The applicant have to download the mobile application available for Android and IPhone smartphones from Google Play Store and Apple AppStore with title “KP Citizen’s Portal”
• The applicant install the app, get registered, afterward click e-Citizen tab, submit application and track applications submitted for domicile to DC office.
• The user registered their application received an automatic tracking code through which the student can track the status of his application
• The applicant is informed about the decision on his application
