Kobelco Cranes: Load Charts, Service and Operator’s Manuals PDF

Japanese conglomerate Kobe Steel, Ltd., whose operations span ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, the manufacture of industrial equipment, and the field of engineering, is home to Kobelco Construction Machinery. Tokyo is the home of the company’s headquarters (Japan).

KOBELCO offers a variety of hydraulic crawler cranes, such as the BMS, SKE, and CKS series, as well as the “Super Lifts” series, which can lift anywhere from 60 to 1300 tons.

KOBELCO cranes have a high level of durability and dependability since their working winch and travel controls are entirely hydromechanical and haven’t changed much in decades.

Due to the lack of electronic components, the valves are extremely dependable even in severe conditions, are easy to maintain, and have low running costs.

When it comes to cranes, KOBELCO crawlers are the standard. They may transfer materials and supplies about the construction site, dig holes, and install “walls in the ground” using a variety of attachments, including vibratory hammers, piling equipment, and clamshell buckets.

Crawler cranes manufactured by KOBELCO are versatile machines that can be found in both onshore and offshore settings.

The KOBELCO crawler cranes are equipped with the best technology available, including a TOYOTA-made HINO engine, a KAWASAKI hydraulic system, and materials and steel from Kobe Steel Corporation in Japan for the power and structural elements.

For building structures up to 150 m in height, cranes can be fitted with a variety of boom equipment, depending on the technical requirements.

KOBELCO BMS and HD Crawler Cranes

The BMS and HD series of Kobelco cranes, sometimes known as “rope shovels,” is ideal for foundation and other operations that must be performed below the crane parking level, even in highly populated locations.

When compared to universal cranes of the same class, Kobelco BMS and HD crawler cranes are more compact yet still feature high traction winches, a supplementary (third) winch for use with mechanical grapples, wide drums with a large rope capacity, a “free drop” function, a reinforced frame, and more powerful engines.

BMS800

The most recent model in the BMS series of cranes.

The crane is equipped with slidable crawler carts, which significantly simplifies its transportation.

BMS1000

The most well-balanced BMS crane model. The machine’s small size and low transport weight make it one of the best in its category. The crane is fitted with slidable legs, which substantially facilitates the transportation procedure.

BMS1200HD

The flagship model in the BMS series of cranes. This machine is the class leader because of its potent engine and efficient hydraulic system.

7120SFS

The second most productive model of foundation-specific Kobelco cranes.

MULTI-PURPOSE Crawler Cranes KOBELCO CKS, CKE, and 7000S SERIES

The Kobelco CKE / CKS / 7000S series caterpillar cranes can have a turret-jib design (equipment with a fixed or shunting jib) and longer booms than the BMS HD series cranes.

Cranes from the Kobelco CKE / CKS / 7000S series can be outfitted with a wet multi-disc brake, a “free drop” function, and a third winch for use with a mechanical grapple.

All CKE/CKS series cranes are equipped with a self-assembly mechanism for tracks and counterweights.

Similar to the CKS series, the CKE series is designed for the European market.

CKS800 (CKE800G-3)

Innovative wet-type multi-disc brakes provide confident, secure lowering control with minimal maintenance, paired with a powerful winch that can handle the most challenging tasks.

CKS900 (CKE900G-3)

Crane has a lifting capacity of up to 100 tons and a 213 kW HINO (Toyota) J08E-VM power plant.

CKS1100 (CKE1100G-3)

The primary hooks of a crane with a lifting capacity of 110 tons are rated for 110, 75, and 35 tons, respectively. The maximum boom length is 70.1 inches. The total weight of transport is 99 tons. On the Russian market, this is one of the most popular and sought models.

CKS1350 (CKE1350G-2)

The crane can be equipped with a regular or extended boom, luffing boom, fixed or shunting jib, and a lifting capacity of up to 135 tons. The data displayed is for a typical boom.

CKE1800-1F

The crane can be equipped with a regular or extended boom, luffing boom, fixed or shunting jib, and a lifting capacity of up to 180 tons. The data displayed is for a typical boom.

CKS2500 (CKE2500G-2)

The redesigned structure of the boom permits a range of configurations, including heavy boom, long boom, standard boom, lifting boom, jib, and fixed jib.

CKS3000 (CKE3000-G2)

At an extent of 8 meters, the model has a maximum lifting capacity of up to 350 tons. Available in STD (standard), HL (high capacity), and SHL (extra high capacity) configurations, with a variety of boom equipment and counterweight configurations.

7055-3F

A hydraulic crawler crane with a 55-ton lifting capacity. Maximum combined length with luffing jib is 42.4 meters plus 29 meters. Boom angle 60°~ 90°.

7120S

Universal crawler crane with a 120-ton lifting capability. The epitome of Kobelco’s sophisticated technology, from design solutions relating to ease of transportation and environmental effect minimization to assuring safety and precision of work and generating an aesthetically pleasing design.

7250S

Universal crawler crane with a 250-ton lifting capability that can operate under any operating conditions and in any climate.

KOBELCO SL SERIES HEAVY LIFT CRANES

SL4500

Kobelco SL4500 Standard Configuration lattice boom crawler crane has a maximum lifting capacity of 400 tons. Available in STD (Standard), HL (High Capacity), and SHL (Super High Capacity) configurations with various combinations of boom and counterweight.

SL6000

The crane’s lifting capacity of up to 550 tons makes it ideal for work on large energy and infrastructure projects. In addition to having the highest lifting capability in its class, the SL6000 has an innovative design that makes it simple to assemble and prepare the machine for work.
